When should we begin planning?+
For full-scale conferences or retreats, 3–6 months gives us the best access to venues and vendors at the right price. Executive meetings and smaller gatherings can often be arranged with a few weeks' notice. Whatever your timeline, reach out — we'll tell you plainly what's achievable.
How far do you travel?+
We are based in Atlanta and serve organizations throughout the Southeast directly. For events further afield, we travel and assemble the right local support to deliver the same standard, wherever your gathering takes place.
Do you manage vendors?+
Yes. Vendor sourcing, contracting, and day-of coordination are part of every full engagement. If you have existing vendor relationships you'd like to keep, we work directly with them as part of your event plan.
Can you coordinate conferences?+
Conferences are one of our core services. We manage registration, speaker coordination, venue logistics, and production for gatherings ranging from intimate summits to events with hundreds of guests.
Do you handle registration?+
Yes. Attendee registration, check-in flow, and guest communication are handled as part of our conference and event management services.
Do you offer on-site management?+
Always. We are present on-site for every event we manage — coordinating logistics, solving problems in real time, and making sure your guests experience nothing but the finished result.
